To support its development, Xwork is looking for an Account Executive “helping companies to provide a flexible and motivating workspace to their personnel” with the aim ‘Remote work made simple’ for both the Corporates and its employees.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully acquiring new customers :
o prospect (Face2Face) CPO & CFO to present the Xwork concept;
o identify opportunities @ short, middle and long term.
• Understanding their new norm of working and see how Xwork fits (or not) in their work strategy/policy
• Convincing them about the value to add Xwork in their policy and the ease of use of the Xwork concept (Mockups as of November, PoC as of January)
• investigate potential mandays/year
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to maintain existing customers, expands company’s customer base and foster upselling in collaboration with community developers.
• Representing Xwork and participate to regular events.
• All contacts (physical/virtual) to be recorded in CRM with major topics discussions, outcome, future action(s) required
• You are active in various regions of the country.
• You are in the office on average 1 day per week.
• Interest in companies working model and workforce organization,.
• You have the ability to perceive customer needs and identify business opportunities in the HR area. You actively participate in events to get in touch with the target group and develop your network.
• You acquire a 360° knowledge of your customers
• You are able to develop the upselling of the Xwork portfolio to your clients.
• In consultation with the Sales & Marketing Director, you will set up action plans to identify and effectively prospect your target.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, full of enthusiasm, autonomy and conquest who wants to integrate a start-up with an entrepreneurial spirit (stock option plan planned) in which he/she will be an actor in the decision making process.
• University background to understand the organization of the work of companies and the characteristics of the different functions concerned that will benefit from Xwork services.
• You are bilingual NL/FR. Knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Successful previous sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Several years of experience in the HR sector, with a portfolio of decision makers
• Consulting sales and results oriented
• You are organized and structured.
